See It Work

Selection should leave you with more than a list of names.

The Incubator Clarification Studio helps your team configure your programme, configure each cohort, then read the applicant pool more quickly and clearly and make selections consistently through your programme’s own lens. Once the cohort is chosen, it shows the common strengths, gaps and support needs your team can prepare for before the programme begins.

How it works

From programme configuration to cohort summary.

The Studio begins with the programme's enduring way of seeing founders. Each cohort then adds its own goals, requirements and priorities on top of that configuration.

01

Set the programme configuration

Set the programme's purpose, support capacity, definition of potential and the evidence it values.

02

Configure the cohort

Create a cohort and add its specific purpose, founder profile, eligibility, sector focus, funder requirements and review priorities.

03

Create or connect the application form

Build an application form around the cohort configuration, or bring in completed applications from the forms, databases and systems your programme already uses.

Upload or import existing data directly. APIs and integrations will be available at launch for programmes that want the Studio linked to their existing systems.

04

Read the applicant pool

Review consistent applicant scorecards, compare founders across the pool, and open the full Applicant Detail where more context is needed.

05

Make selections

Decide who to admit, hold, redirect, or reject.

06

See the cohort summary

Once the cohort is chosen, see its common strengths, gaps, assumptions, readiness patterns and support priorities before the programme begins.

Begin the programme already knowing the cohort.

Create a workspace and use the Studio with your next applicant pool.
